Hyundai Motor has launched its ‘Digital Before Service’ concept, offering customers a new mobile brand and service touchpoint at easily accessible urban locations.
The mobile unit, consisting of a digital pop-up brand experience booth and a premium Before Service unit, debuted in Paris, France, as UEFA EURO 2016 kicked off.
Digital Before Service delivers a unique and convenient customer-oriented approach for existing and potential Hyundai car owners, offering a comprehensive on-site service with tangible advantages for future maintenance as well as entertaining digital activities.
On-site services include a free 15-point inspection provided by Hyundai-Motor-trained technicians. After the inspection, the customer is advised whether the vehicle needs further maintenance. If so, owners will be able to make service appointments and receive discount vouchers for their next service, delivering a genuine customer bonus and cost savings.
While service activities are carried out on site, customers and their companions are invited to experience UEFA EURO 2016 and the World Rally Championship the digital way, playing video games or driving a dynamic rally stage with a virtual-reality viewer. Visitors can further experience the latest Hyundai vehicles – at the stand and during test drives – including the GO! Special Edition models created to celebrate UEFA EURO 2016.
The initiative is another step in Hyundai Motor’s approach to deliver products and services that exceed customers’ expectations. 
Our customers expect a high-quality environment wherever they meet Hyundai. Our new mobile unit delivers to customers a complete brand experience through interaction with digital tools. The before service component is a convenient way for customers to have their car inspected. The unit can be easily moved to any place where people gather, acting as a mobile brand ambassador.

The Digital Before Service unit currently stops in Aix-en-Provence (6 to 9 July) before rolling out to other European countries.
