Hyundai drivers now have more possibilities to choose how they use their vehicle, with the launch of the Bluelink Store in thirty-two European countries over the course of the last week.
Delivering Greater Customer Choice
Accessible directly via the Bluelink App, the Bluelink Store offers users the option of three subscription tiers, each with a distinct set of features:
- Bluelink LITE: The base package includes essential features such as Connected Routing for optimised navigation, Voice Commands for hands-free control, and Over-the-Air (OTA) System Updates to ensure that all vehicle systems, such as those related to charging and onboard safety, are running at optimum efficiency.
- Bluelink PLUS: This tier adds enhanced functionality to Bluelink LITE by including Remote Services—allowing drivers to lock, unlock, and control their vehicle’s climate via smartphone. Live Services also deliver real-time traffic and weather updates, helping drivers stay informed on the road and save precious time.
- Bluelink PRO: Offering comprehensive connectivity, the premium Bluelink PRO package includes all previously mentioned functionalities and more advanced features such as automatic updates to vehicle maps and infotainment systems, delivering the latest features, as well as integrated music streaming—no connected smartphone required.
To show drivers just what Bluelink can add to car journeys, all new vehicles sold since 2024 now come with six months of complimentary Bluelink PRO and ten years of Bluelink LITE—a clear statement of Hyundai’s confidence in the platform.
Digital Features and Services with the IONIQ 9
With the arrival of the IONIQ 9 on European roads in the coming months, drivers of Hyundai’s electric SUV will also be able to purchase Digital Features and Services to personalise the way their vehicle functions.
These include:
- Virtual Gear-shift (VGS), simulating the distinct and thrilling engine feel of driving a combustion vehicle for EV drivers.
- Lighting Patterns, using the vehicle’s pixel lights to display a total of seven different eye-catching and entertaining sequences at startup and shutdown.
- Display Themes, introducing new animations on ignition and shutdown. Launch options include a nature-inspired theme and a tribute to the iconic Hyundai Pony.

The launch of the Bluelink Store coincides with Hyundai’s connected car platform surpassing one million registered users across Europe – an impressive milestone just six years after its 2019 debut.
