Hyundai Motor Europe, Hyundai Motor Germany, Genesis Motor Europe and Hyundai Connected Mobility are Top Employer 2026. The Hyundai organisations have been recognised with the renowned certification by the Top Employers Institute. This year’s certification already marks the second time, the organisations are Top Employers in Germany.
Each year the “Top Employers Institute” certifies organisations across the globe based on their performance in HR practices according to an extensive survey. It covers six HR areas with 20 topics, including HR strategy, working environment, talent acquisition, development, diversity, equality, inclusion, and wellbeing.
The past year has brought significant headwinds for the automotive industry, which makes this recognition – for the second year in a row – even more meaningful. It reflects the daily work we do together and the clarity we aim to provide our teams. It is also a reminder that strong results come from supporting our people.
According to the Top Employers Institute, Hyundai is recognized as exceptionally strong across several key dimensions.
