The Hyundai IONIQ 9 is the perfect companion for all types of journeys. To allow travelers to fully immerse themselves in the comforts of their newest car, Hyundai Motor Europe will display a booth featuring the vehicle at the MAC Forum of Munich airport from July 1st to July 26th with more activations to follow.
The IONIQ 9, an all-electric 3 row SUV offers unprecedented levels of luxurious design and comfort, and it does so while also heightening our standards of performance. With longer ranges and fast charging, it is the perfect companion for every type of journey there is. We are very excited for visitors of our IONIQ 9 Hero Booth to experience first-hand all the advantages this iconic car has to offer.
The booth is designed as an extension of the interior of the IONIQ 9 offering travelers and general visitors a truly relaxing experience reminiscent of stepping out of the noise of a busy airport into their very own living room, where they can unwind and recharge before continuing their journey.
Display booths designed to capture the unique comforts and flexibility of the IONIQ 9
Many features of the booth have a direct counterpart in the features of the IONIQ 9. Bose speakers – softening airport noise and providing a calming atmosphere – echo the 14-speaker premium Bose sound system of the car. And the booth’s wireless E-GMP charging station represents the IONIQ 9’s six 100W USB-C ports.
Visitors will be able to experience the flexible interior of the IONIQ 9 in two configurations. The „Meeting Room“ configuration features a unique face-to-face set-up, powered by the IONIQ 9s swiveling seats that allow for real connection between passengers, while bright lights and relaxing background music set the scene. Meanwhile, the „Relaxation“ configuration with the 1st and 2nd row seats reclined and in comfort mode allows booth visitors to relax in an oasis of dimmed lights, with Hyundai sounds of nature playing over the car’s 14 Bose speakers.
And to ensure that the Hyundai IONIQ 9 Hero Booth provides an unforgettable memory, visitors will receive a limited-edition branded passport cover after their experience with the car, that will be personalized on-site with a hot stamping station for a customized lettering print.
IONIQ 9 Lounges will be available at multiple major European airports
The IONIQ 9 Hero Booth is just the start: Following the activation at Munich airport, four more extension booths will allow travelers to experience the comforts of the IONIQ 9.
From August 1st through August 31st, the IONIQ 9 will be featured at an extension booth in Amsterdam Schiphol airport, parallel to a second extension booth at Oslo Gardermoen Airport from August 4th through August 24th. Travellers at Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle and Stockholm Arlanda will be able to participate at extension booths open from September 17th to October 14th and September 22nd to October 5th, respectively.
From power to interior design – these features make the IONIQ 9 a traveler's dream
Designed with a flexible and luxurious interior featuring a fully flat floor, Relaxation and Swiveling Seats and the sliding Universal Island console, the IONIQ 9 serves as a true extension of its owner’s living space – down to the customization options that entails.
On the technical side, the IONIQ 9 empowers travelers with an impressive range of up to 620 km. Its 800V ultra-fast charging powers the battery from 10% to 80% in just 24 minutes, ensuring every journey remains smooth and stress-free. Wherever your travels take you, the IONIQ 9 is the perfect companion, offering exceptional cold-weather performance with advanced HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems, heat pump technology and climate pre-conditioning – all designed to keep the cabin cozy and energy-efficient.
