Hyundai INSTER: attractive all-electric car with a strong overall package

Whether it's standard equipment, modern technology, space, or range, Hyundai INSTER has been setting standards in the all-electric small car segment since its introduction last December. Even in the entry-level Select^ version it offers a digital cockpit with a 10.3-inch display and 10.3-inch touchscreen, a navigation system and smartphone integration via Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™. At a fast-charging station, INSTER can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in approximately 30 minutes with a highly-competitive charging capacity of up to 85 kW as standard. It's an impressive all-round package, as the registration figures show. Since the summer, Hyundai INSTER has been the best-selling fully electric vehicle in the small car segment in Germany. In addition, Hyundai INSTER was awarded the title “World Electric Vehicle 2025” in the spring.

About the Golden Steering Wheel

Since 1976, the Golden Steering Wheel has been honouring the best new cars of the year. This year, after the readers' vote, a total of 21 vehicles in eight classes made it to the final, including Hyundai INSTER in the micro/small car category. Ultimately, the test editors at Auto Bild awarded Hyundai INSTER the Golden Steering Wheel for the best car under €25,000. In making their decision, the test professionals took into account handling, everyday usability, quality, sustainability, and value for money.
