Hyundai Motor Sweden has appointed Osvaldo Valentini as its new President and CEO, effective January 1st. In his new role, he will guide the company’s development in Sweden, one of Europe’s most advanced and fastest-growing EV markets.
Osvaldo brings over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. At Hyundai Motor Europe, he served as European Financial Solutions Manager, supporting national sales companies in developing customer-focused financial products and enhancing commercial performance. Prior to this, he held leadership roles at Toyota Motor Europe, including Managing Director of Toyota Baltic, and at Toyota Motor Russia, where he was responsible for the Lexus brand and fleet operations.
Osvaldo has a strong understanding of our organisation and possesses the ability to connect our overall strategy with practical market needs. His collaborative approach and insight into customer-focused solutions will be key to deliver a sustainable growth for our brand and our dealers in Sweden. I want to thank Jake for his leadership and commitment during the establishment phase of Hyundai Motor Sweden, which has been essential in laying the foundation for the company’s future development.
Hyundai continues to expand its electrified line-up and invest in technologies that support sustainable mobility across Europe.
