Press material

Hyundai Connected Mobility is strengthening its Charge myHyundai service with the expansion of its Preferred Partner Network across 13 European markets. The initiative gives electric vehicle drivers access to reliable, premium high-power charging infrastructure at more attractive rates.

The rollout brings enhanced charging benefits to customers in Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, Poland, and Slovakia, alongside existing markets. At the core of the expansion is a new partnership model that elevates selected charging providers to preferred status within the Charge myHyundai ecosystem.

Clear savings, clearer choices

The Preferred Partner Network partners with leading high-power charging (HPC) providers in each market. These partners are not new to the Charge myHyundai network – what changes is their elevated role within a structured framework designed to deliver tangible value to drivers.

Customers using the Charge myHyundai Smart tariff benefit from a straightforward pricing structure:

  • 30 percent discount at preferred partner charging stations
  • 10 percent discount across non-preferred partner stations

This creates a consistent, predictable pricing model that makes public charging more accessible for frequent users.

At Hyundai Connected Mobility, we want to make electric driving in Europe easier, more accessible, and more rewarding for our customers. Expanding the Preferred Partner Network is an important step in that direction: it helps reduce everyday complexity around public charging while also delivering clear financial benefits. By combining trusted high-power charging infrastructure with more attractive pricing, we are supporting a smoother EV experience and reinforcing Hyundai’s commitment to advancing electrified mobility in line with our vision: Progress for Humanity.

Built for everyday driving

The expansion addresses a core challenge in electric mobility: making public charging simpler and more convenient. By combining cost savings with access to premium infrastructure, the Preferred Partner Network reduces the decision-making friction drivers face when choosing where to charge.

The Smart tariff introduces a clear incentive structure that rewards customers for using trusted, high-quality charging points while maintaining broad flexibility across the wider network.

A stronger position in Europe's charging landscape

With this expansion, Hyundai strengthens its role as a key access point to premium HPC (high-powered charging) infrastructure across Europe.

The expansion reflects Hyundai's commitment to improving the real-world experience of electric vehicle ownership – not just through the cars themselves, but through the infrastructure that supports them.
