Hyundai Motor UK has confirmed pricing and specification for the new i30, with new top-level N Line S trim available on Hatchback

Hyundai Motor UK has confirmed pricing and specification for the new i30, with new top-level N Line S trim available on Hatchback.

Since its launch in 2007, i30 has proved a popular model in Hyundai’s range and now, in its fourth generation, an updated exterior design along with added connectivity technologies and comfort features bolster its value and competitiveness within its class.

Complementing its distinct styling, new i30 features an updated grille design, new front and rear bumper design, LED Daytime Running Lights (DRL), headlights, taillights, and redesigned alloy wheels on Advance and N-Line trims.

The interior also comprises a number of updates, with wireless phone charging for compatible devices, a 10.25” touchscreen satellite navigation and media centre with Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™, a 10.25” digital drivers’ display, front and rear USB-C charging points, LED interior illumination and refreshed upholstery design. Further driver convenience features include front and rear parking sensors, rear view camera, heated door mirrors with electric adjustment and power folding and cruise control as standard.

A myriad of safety feature, with Forward Collision Avoidance Assist (FCA) – Car, Pedestrian & Cycle, Lane Follow Assist (LFA), Lane Keep Assist (LKA), Intelligent Speed Limit Assist (ISLA), Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and eCall included as standard across the range.

New i30 Hatchback is available in four high-specification trim levels – Advance, Premium, N Line and N Line S, and two high-specification trims on the Tourer, Advance and Premium. A 1.5 T-GDi 140PS 48V mild hybrid engine is standard, with a choice of 6 speed manual or 7 speed Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT).

The Advance 1.5T 140PS 48V Mild Hybrid 6 speed manual transmission is priced from £24,575, with the Tourer priced from £25,325, and includes 16” alloy wheels, body coloured door mirrors and side skirt and glossy black front grille. The interior for the entry level trim comprises leather wrapped steering wheel and gear knob, centre armrest with cup holder, satin chrome door handle, black cloth seat trim with 60/40 split folding rear seats, manual air conditioning, and 2-way adjustable driver lumbar support. The Advance trim is also available in the 7 speed dual clutch transmission with pricing from £25,775 for the Hatchback or £26,525 for the Tourer.

Pricing for the Premium 1.5T 140PS 48V Mild Hybrid 6 speed manual transmission starts at £27,525 – with the Tourer body style priced from £28,275. Building on the Advance trim level, Premium trim features 17” alloy wheels, rear privacy glass, electrical driver’s seat adjustment, heated front seats and steering wheel, black cloth and artificial leather seat trim, dual zone climate control, auto-dimming rear view mirror, keyless entry with engine start/stop button and Forward Collision Avoidance Assist (FCA) – Car, Pedestrian, Cycle & Junction. The 7 speed dual clutch transmission is available in both the Hatchback and Tourer body styles, with pricing from £28,725 and £29,475 respectively.

The sporty N Line 1.5T 140PS 48V Mild Hybrid 6 speed manual transmission is priced from £27,110 and includes the N Line Exterior Design Package - with 18” N Line alloy wheels and black door mirrors, manual driver’s seat adjustment with 4-way adjustable driver lumbar support, metal pedals and black N Line cloth seat trim with red stitch detail. The 7 speed dual clutch transmission is available from £28,310.

Priced from £28,720, the N Line S 1.5T 140PS 48V Mild Hybrid 6 speed manual transmission builds on the N Line specification, adding a panoramic sunroof and black N Line leather and artificial suede seat trim with red stitch detail. The 7 speed dual clutch transmission variant is priced from £29,510.

New i30 is available in a total of 12 colours, with Engine Red Solid a no cost option, Atlas White Solid a £325 option, Abyss Black Pearl, Cypress Green Pearl, Ecotronic Grey Pearl, Jupiter Orange Metallic, Meta Blue Pearl, Sailing Blue Pearl, Serenity White Pearl, Shadow Grey Metallic, Shimmering Silver Metallic or Ultimate Red Metallic as a £650 option.
