Hyundai announce i30 N Line 1.0 T-GDi

  • Hyundai spices up the i30 1.0-litre T-GDi with ‘N’ performance styling cues inside and out
  • i30 N Line range priced from £19,995
  • Popular 1.0-litre 3 cylinder engine already accounts for 65% of i30 sales
High Wycombe, 4th February 2019 – Hyundai brings some more of the ‘N’ magic to the i30 range with the introduction of an entry-level 1.0-litre T-GDi derivative. Prices will start from £19,995.

The i30 N Line 1.0 120PS 6 speed manual includes N Line exterior styling features including 17” alloy wheels equipped with Michelin tyres, N Line exclusive front and rear bumpers, twin exit exhaust muffler, gloss black wing mirror covers, body coloured door handles and N Line badging. Interior specification includes N Line sports cloth seats, black head lining and N branded steering wheel and gear lever.


Aside from N Line styling, the i30 N Line 1.0 120PS 6 speed manual has a high level of standard specification, including keyless entry with start/stop button, 8” touchscreen display audio with DAB and standard Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™, rear view camera and cruise control with speed limiter function.


As with all i30’s, the i30 N Line 1.0 120PS offers a high level of safety equipment, with Lane Departure Warning System, Lane Keep Assist, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Driver Attention Alert and Hill Start Assist Control featuring as standard.

With the identity of the N Line range already established in the i30 range, the introduction of the 1.0 120 PS engine is the natural next step. This engine accounts for over 65% of petrol engine sales in the i30 range and with a clear market demand for smaller capacity engines combined with a sports focused trim, we have high expectations for this new N Line model.
