Hyundai Motor has announced the appointment of Charles Cassar as the new Vice President Customer Experience at its European headquarters in Offenbach, Germany.
In our pursuit to make Hyundai one of the most beloved brands in Europe, we are welcoming Charles Cassar to our team. His extensive experience in customer experience management equips him with deep insights into the needs of our customers and business partners.
Cassar will oversee Hyundai’s CX Innovation & IT Digitalization operations in Europe and spearhead initiatives to elevate customer satisfaction across the region. He succeeds Bas Kasteel, who had held the role for since 2021.
Cassar holds a dual degree in Building (Engineering/Project Management) and Planning & Design. He has previously held various senior roles in customer experience, overseeing operations in Europe and beyond.
