The New Hyundai i20: Design

- The updated design creates a youthful character and a modern appearance. The sharper lines of the New i20 emphasise its attractive looks.

In addition to its modern and youthful styling, the New i20 also boasts a spacious and comfortable interior.

Exterior Design

To make the New i20 more appealing and give it more character, the front now features a redesigned front bumper and is characterised by the wide Cascading Grille, providing a dynamic stance. The expressive look of the Cascading Grille is emphasised by the new design featuring a modern regular pattern with and strong three-dimensional effect.

The rear is distinguished by its new sporty two-tone bumper design with a modern, sculpted dark inlay as well as reworked rear combination lamps, underlining the car’s youthful and energetic character. The crisp design of the tailgate now integrates the rear number plate and emphasises the i20’s wide and stable stance. Hyundai has also integrated the rear-view camera and tailgate opener functions in the number plate area, which gives the rear a clean look and refined quality. To complement the reworked design, Hyundai has created a bolder appearance for the i20 by adding new 15- or 16-inch alloy wheel designs.

The new i20 is available in a choice of 9 colours. Tomato Red – a new colour to the range – joins Polar White as a solid finish, no-cost option. Clean Slate and Champion Blue – also new to the range – join existing colours Phantom Black, Sleek Silver, Stardust Grey, Aqua Sparkling and Passion Red, available in metallic and pearl finishes. The i20 is available with a sophisticated Black interior.

In winter especially, drivers can benefit from the comfort of a heated steering wheel. For warmer, sunnier weather, customers can also opt for a panoramic sunroof to further enhance the interior ambience.
