Hyundai has enhanced the H-1 multi-purpose vehicle range, with new design and improved convenience features to add driving comfort for the customers.

Refreshed exterior design

The front of Hyundai H-1 has been redesigned: A new radiator grille is framed by the horizontal oriented headlamps that are available as projection type for enhanced design and optimal efficiency. Below, a newly designed front bumper and fog lamps add to the car’s new look. Another highlight of the new H-1 Passenger Bus is the option of new 17’’ alloy wheels, available in two designs: clean looking clear silver or a sophisticated diamond cut look. Furthermore, the H-1 range offers a choice of seven body colours: Timeless Black, Ocean View, Creamy White, Super Red, Dynamic Yellow, Tan Brown and Hyper Metallic. In addition, customers can opt for two-tone exterior styling. The interior colours are two-tone grey or two-tone beige available in two cloth options – woven or tricot suede – or as a pure leather finish.

New convenience features

For the first time in the H-1 vehicle range Hyundai offers a two-dimensional steering column enabling drivers to adjust the steering wheel’s position in both height and depth. The new air-ventilated driver’s seat and the heated passenger seat deliver further driving comfort. Furthermore, the picture of the rear view camera can now be displayed in the central mirror.

The H-1 covers all types of use

The new Hyundai H-1 line-up is available with three different diesel powertrains. The Passenger Bus is available with the 2.5 A2-VGT capable of 170 PS/125 kW delivering maximum torque of 441 Nm and mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. Alternatively, the 2.5 A2-WGT comes with a choice of two power outputs and a six-speed manual transmission. The standard version has a power of 116 PS/85 kW and the high power version offers 136 PS/100 kW, both generating 343 Nm of torque. All engines comply with Euro 6c. The same powertrain line-up is available for the Euro 6-compliant Cargo Van. Designed to carry up to eight people, the Hyundai H-1 range offers generous dimensions with a wide door opening for easy storage of goods or access for rear passengers. The capacity of the Cargo Van versions ranges from 2,511 litres including the twin cabin to 4,426 litres with two or three seats. Even with all eight passenger seats in use, the H-1 Bus still provides 842 litres of cargo capacity. This way, the H-1 appeals to both small and large businesses as well as private customers who are looking for plenty of space and convenience features to drive in comfort.
